Firetruck Rescue Jam Privacy Policy
Effective date: 25 October 2026
"Firetruck Rescue Jam" ("the game") is an Android game published by Dyumn Tech Private Limited ("we", "us"), 101, D Definity Premises Co-operative Society Limited, Survey No. 95, Hissa No. CTS No. 364, Jayprakash Road No. 01, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – 400063. This policy explains what the game collects, why, and your choices.
1. Who this applies to
- The game is for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13.
- If we learn that we hold personal data of a child under 13, we will delete it. Tell us at grievance@virbhumi.com.
- Ads in the game are filtered for a teen audience.
2. What stays on your device
- The game has no accounts, no sign-in and no server that holds your save. There is no cloud save, chat or user content.
- Your progress, coins, hearts, helpers, purchase records and settings are saved only on your device.
- Uninstalling the game, or using Settings → "Clear all data", deletes this save. Coins, earned items and purchased items cannot be recovered after that.
3. What Google collects through the game
The only third party in the game is Google. These Google services run inside the game:
- Google AdMob. Shows full-screen ads between levels and rewarded video ads (you choose to watch the rewarded ones). AdMob uses your advertising ID, IP address and device information to deliver and measure ads. Ads are personalised only where the law allows and you have agreed.
- Firebase Analytics. Records game events (such as levels played, wins, fails, ads watched) and purchase events, with basic device and app information. Where the law requires consent, it runs only after you agree. We use it to balance difficulty and fix problems.
- Firebase Crashlytics. Sends a crash report (device model, OS version, app version, technical error) when the game crashes.
- Firebase Remote Config. Downloads game settings. Google uses an app instance ID to deliver them.
- Google Play Billing. Handles payments (see section 5).
- Google Play in-app review. Lets you rate the game inside the app.
- Google Ads. May measure our own install ad campaigns using Firebase data.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. We do not sell your personal data. We have no other partners.
Google's own policies apply to the data it collects:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- How Google uses data from partner sites and apps: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Firebase privacy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
4. Reminders
- Reminders (hearts full, daily reward) are local notifications created on your phone. They are not push messages from a server.
- The game sends at most two a day.
- Turn them off in Settings in the game, or in Android settings.
5. Purchases
- Purchases are one-time payments through Google Play only: a Starter Pack, coin packs and Remove Ads. We have no subscriptions.
- Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes full-screen ads between levels only. Optional rewarded ads stay. It is kept by Google Play for your Google account, and you can restore it on the same Google account with Restore purchases in the shop. Coins and other items cannot be restored.
- Google processes your payment. We receive only the purchase receipt, which the game checks on the device. We never see your card or payment details.
- Purchase records are kept on your device. Google keeps its own records, and we keep records where tax law requires.
- Coins and items have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are lost when the save is deleted.
- Purchases are final except where the law or Google Play's refund policy says otherwise. Refunds go through Google Play.
6. Your choices
In the game, open Settings:
- Privacy choices. Shown only where the law requires consent (the EEA, UK, Switzerland and some US states). It reopens Google's consent form so you can change your answer at any time. Consent is managed through Google's User Messaging Platform.
- Sound, music, haptics, reminders. Turn each on or off.
- Clear all data. Wipes the save on your device and resets the Firebase analytics ID.
- Contact us. Opens an email to grievance@virbhumi.com.
On your phone you can also go to Android Settings → Google → Ads to delete your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation.
7. How long we keep data
- Game data on your device: until you uninstall the game or use Clear all data.
- Firebase Analytics data: kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics settings (at most 14 months), then deleted by Google.
- Crash reports: kept as Firebase's retention rules say.
- Purchase records: kept by Google, and by us as tax law requires.
To delete your data, see our Data Deletion page: https://firetruckjam.virbhumi.com/Data-Deletion.html
8. Why we use data (legal bases)
If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on:
- Contract: to run the game and process purchases.
- Consent: for personalised ads and for analytics where consent is required. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests: crash reports, fraud and security, and non-personalised ads measurement.
- Legal obligation: tax and accounting records.
9. Your rights under GDPR and UK GDPR
Dyumn Tech Private Limited is the controller. You have the right to:
- access your data,
- have it corrected or deleted,
- restrict or object to its use,
- receive it in a portable form,
- withdraw consent at any time through Settings → Privacy choices.
Because we hold almost no data about you (the save is only on your device), most requests can be met by Clear all data. For anything else, email grievance@virbhumi.com. You may also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
International transfers. Data is processed in India and the United States, and elsewhere by Google. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of the EEA and UK.
10. US state privacy rights
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas or another US state with a privacy law, you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and sharing for ads. We do not sell personal data for money. Sharing your advertising ID with Google for ads may count as "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws; you can opt out through Settings → Privacy choices where shown, or in Android settings.
- To opt out of targeted ads, use Settings → Privacy choices where it is shown, and Android Settings → Google → Ads (delete advertising ID).
- To make a request, email grievance@virbhumi.com. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
11. Security
Your save stays on your device. Data sent by Google services travels over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
